This Ligth Grey Small Ribbed Wool Beanie is crafted by skilled artisans using Cashwool yarn, soft and durable extra-fine merino wool sourced from one the top suppliers in Biella, Italy's wool capital. The high quality merino wool used for these beanies makes them very warm and not itchy as the yarn has been been spun to perfection. We've updated the size of our original Small Ribbed Beanies to give a little more of a comfort fit. This beanie features a classic textured small rib design with a 4 cm border which can be folded to your desired height. This functional style makes it easy to style this warm beanie as you like.
All of our knitted scarves and beanies are crafted by one skilled artisan in his organized maglificio. Maurizio’s workshop is located near Reggio Emilia, 170km from our base, at the heart of an artisanal district praised for quality knitwear manufacturing. In his small but very tidy workshop, Maurizio runs five mechanical flat knitting machines which he uses to craft all our scarves, beanies, and jacquard knitted ties.
