Returns

In order to commence any exchange or return you must contact customer service at: customer-service@40colori.com

You can return any item for a refund provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive your original order. Example: if we provide you with a Dispatch Confirmation on 1 January and you receive the goods on 10 January then you may commence your return at any time between 1 January and the end of the day on 24 January.


Please note that your right to return an item does not apply to goods made to your specification or that have been clearly personalized.

If you decide to return an item, you should return it to us at your own cost and no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate the return. We will then refund you the total price at which you purchased your item. This includes the cost of delivery (except extra costs arising in case you select a type of delivery other than our standard method of delivery). 

All goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure that they are securely packaged, and obtain proof of postage. Please note that we are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

If you’d like a refund for your goods but you can’t return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.

You can also exchange your item within 14 days after the day on which you receive the original order, as long as the new item has the same price as the one you originally ordered. If this is not the case, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

All goods will be inspected on return. In order to qualify for our refunds policy, they must be in a perfect re-saleable condition i.e. undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition. In this case, we may have to send it back to you at your expenses.

If you wish to return an item because it is faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of this item in full, together with any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.

Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
